Nats lineup for series finale vs. Cubs (updated)

CHICAGO - Rick Ankiel went yard again yesterday for Double-A Harrisburg, giving him two homers in as many rehab games. He's now batting .429 in three contests for the Senators. Harrisburg center fielder Eury Perez went 3-for-6 yesterday to raise his season average to .400, but he was caught stealing and picked off first base. Easy, Eury. There were a couple strong pitching performances in the Nats' system yesterday, as Yunesky Maya threw six shutout innings for Triple-A Syracuse, striking out four in a win, and Alex Meyer, making his professional debut for Single-A Hagerstown, delivered five sparkling innings, allowing no runs on two hits and striking out four. The Suns' box score has Meyer as throwing 25 pitches, all 25 of which were for strikes. I sure hope that's legit. Manager Davey Johnson made only one change to his starting lineup today, inserting Xavier Nady in left field in place of Mark DeRosa. Here are your Nationals and Cubs lineups as Washington goes for the sweep today at Wrigley Field: Nationals SS Ian Desmond 2B Danny Espinosa 3B Ryan Zimmerman 1B Adam LaRoche RF Jayson Werth LF Xavier Nady CF Roger Bernadina C Wilson Ramos P Jordan Zimmermann Cubs RF David DeJesus 2B Darwin Barney SS Starlin Castro LF Alfonso Soriano 3B Ian Stewart 1B Bryan LaHair CF Marlon Byrd C Steve Clevenger P Jeff Samardzjja Update: Blake DeWitt was originally scheduled to play second and hit second for the Cubs, but he was scratched due to back spasms. Barney will replace him.
