PHILADELPHIA - As the Nationals get ready to play their final game before the All-Star break, Tanner Roark will be making his first start since July 4.
Roark was supposed to start Tuesday's game against the Orioles, but the game was postponed due to rain. Manager Matt Williams decided to skip Roark's spot in the rotation and instead opted to start Doug Fister on regular rest.
Roark will face Phillies right-hander Kyle Kendrick.

Orioles third baseman Manny Machado will try to maintain his hot streak tonight in the conclusion of a two-game home series against the Nationals.
Machado is 12-for-21 (.571) with two doubles, two home runs and three RBIs in four games since returning from his suspension. He's batting .312 in 31 games since June 1.

NEW YORK - Reliever Brad Brach is listed on the Orioles' lineup card today as the pitcher taking Kevin Gausman's spot on the 25-man roster.
Brach hasn't arrived at Yankee Stadium, but he will be available for today's game. This is the third time that he's been recalled from Triple-A Norfolk.

Looks like Ryan Zimmerman might be back with the Nationals within a matter of days.
Zimmerman will start a rehab assignment with high Single-A Potomac tonight, the Nationals announced. Zimmerman will DH for the P-Nats and bat third.
This comes two days after Zimmerman was put through a fairly strenuous workout at Nats Park in which he took live batting practice for the first time since landing on the disabled list with a fractured left thumb on April 13.

The injury bug has struck the Nationals again.
The Nationals have placed outfielder Scott Hairston on the 15-day disabled list with a left oblique strain and recalled infielder/outfielder Tyler Moore.
The Hairston injury comes one day after third baseman Ryan Zimmerman was removed after the fifth inning with right shoulder soreness.
